We teach basic Hatha yoga. All of our classes are appropriate for beginners. If you have had any injuries, surgeries, or haven't exercised in a long time, you may need to start with our classes marked "Gentle". Our gentle classes are for those who need to start slowly for a variety of reasons. Feel free to call with questions if you are not sure which class is best for you. The introductory offer is valid for all our regular yoga classes, but not for our pregnancy and restorative classes.

Although all our classes are appropriate for beginners, we realize some students would prefer a strictly beginner class. If that is you, please enroll in our Beginners Jumpstart class on Saturday mornings at 11:15am!

$13 per class for drop-in ($10 drop-in for students)
$60 an hour for private yoga

No monthly or weekly commitment is required. You may use your series of classes to enroll on-line in any of our classes, even different ones each week. Each series has an expiration date ranging from two months to one year.

We accept checks, cash, and VISA/MC at the studio. Our on-line store and scheduler accepts VISA, MC, and Discover.
